Be respectful of the patients, we will review all art and writing before sending

You may earn one volunteer hour per submission, we will be sending out certificates of completion after the deadline of August 31. If you need your hours sooner please email us! 

The writing and art should be meaningful and connect with the patients in a respectful way

1. Appropriateness:

Submissions should be suitable for all ages. No explicit or inappropriate language, images, or themes.

2. Positivity and Upliftment:

Content should aim to uplift, inspire, and bring joy to patients. Avoid negative, depressing, or overly somber themes.

3. Originality:

Submissions must be original work created by the submitter. Plagiarism or use of copyrighted material without proper permission is prohibited.

4. Respect and Sensitivity:

Be mindful of the diverse backgrounds and experiences of hospital patients. Avoid content that could be considered offensive, discriminatory, or insensitive.
